Notice of Termination for NPDES Coverage
Permitters who are presently covered under an EPA-issued NPDES General Permit (including the 1995 Multi-Sector Permit) for Stormwater Dicharges Associated with Industrial Activity may submit a Notice of Termination (NOT) form (EPA Form 3510-7) when their facilities no longer have any stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity as defined in the stormwater regulations at 40 CFR 122.26(b)(l4), or when they are no longer the operator of the facilities.
