PDX To Get $2.5M For De-icing

Portland Business Journal - The Port of Portland will receive $2.5 million in federal funding to complete a de-icing containment system at Portland International Airport. The port has spent years working on a system to prevent pollution in the Columbia River and the Columbia River Slough by catching chemicals used in aircraft and runway de-icing.
