Portland Business Journal - A national association has singled out the Port of Portland’s environmental program for recognition. Port Environmental Affairs Director Cheryl Koshuta Wednesday accepted the Comprehensive Environmental Management Award at the American Association of Port Authorities 2002 annual convention.
