Bush Administration Publishes the National Wetlands Mitigation Action Plan

The Army Corps of Engineers, in consultation with the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of the Interior, the Federal Highway Administration and the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, has re-evaluated its mitigation Regulatory Guidance Letter and is reissuing it to improve mitigation implementation provisions.
