Evening Flights A Noisy Nightmare

The noisy nighttime skies above Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International, already a source of consternation among some residents, could force the airport to purchase more houses. But airport officials stress that would only occur if they were unable to tone down noise levels with a new set of nighttime takeoff and landing procedures, which the airport is currently testing.
