Grasping for Air, The Small Business Guide to Key Federal & State Air

In close partnership with the state small business assistance programs within Region III, the Business Assistance Center awarded a cooperative agreement to develop this small business guide. The guide's purpose is to help small businesses understand federal and state Clean Air Act regulations.

State sections exist for DE, DC, MD, PA, VA and WV. Funding for this project was provided under an EPA grant geared to meet the intent of SBREFA 215 to integrate federal and state environmental requirements into plain language guides.
